Girdwood bound

Wednesday 11th June

David took the washing up to the laundromat and then came back for breakfast.  Cereal, yoghurt and juice yum.  After washing up from breakfast I went up to the laundromat for a coffee and to wait with David for the washing.  Really good coffee!!!
We left Seward about 9am and rode over to Exit Glacier, having never seen a glacier before it's really interesting.  It's huge and a nice walk out there with massive mossies buzzing around us.

We stopped at Moose Pass and the fudge shop on the way out to Girdwood but it's shut they offer us some premade sandwiches but we refuse the offer after our experience last week.  We ride over to Girdwood and get burgers from the shop where we ate the other day.  They are expensive but delicious and fresh.  It is a short ride to our B&B at Glacier View and it's so beautiful we have a whole suite to ourselves it's so lovely and the view from the bed is amazing.
Our hostess Connie tells us that the best place to et is a place called Chair 5 in town it's where all the locals go, so we head down there and have the best pizza and share a snickers pie for dessert mmmm.
